The Prop House is a full-service Prop Rental facility serving San Francisco, The Bay Area, and Northern California. The Prop House displays Prop Rentals, Props, Furnishings, Set dressing, Scenery, Signage, Street, and Office Dressing located in San Francisco and the Bay Area.

The Prop House carries Prop Rentals and Special Effects, including Smoke, Wind, Water, etc. In addition, we can fabricate as well as operate FX equipment.
